Stacey Fraser (DipFormChem), a pioneer in natural health and wellbeing, ventured into the beauty industry in 2004 with a support role at the emerging New Zealand skincare brand Trilogy.

Her journey is marked by over two decades of impactful contributions across various facets of the industry. As a cosmetic chemist, university lecturer, beauty industry expert, and philanthropist, Stacey exemplifies dedication and passion in her field.

Her work has significantly shaped the beauty industry, offering insights and knowledge that have helped transform it. Stacey’s philanthropic efforts further highlight her commitment to making
a positive impact. Known for her ability to bridge marketing and technical aspects of product development, she has a unique skill set that allows her to review products from multiple perspectives.

Stacey’s career advancements led her to study cosmetic chemistry at the Australian Institute of Personal Care Science, enhancing her expertise. Currently, she offers her deep well of knowledge and experience as a consultant and serves as a Design Practice Teaching Fellow at the University of Canterbury. Her story is a testament to the power of hard work, innovation, and giving back, inspiring both current and future generations in the beauty industry.

With more than 20 years’ experience in the beauty and cosmetics industry, she understands the importance of ingredient selection, packaging, branding, consumer expectations and sustainability.

She is a board member at Cosmetics New Zealand and is highly connected in the ingredients and formulations industries. She is passionate about following curiosity, anticipating trends, acknowledging sustainability, self care and mental well being, and anove all - being authentic.
